1. Returns

You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Warranty

All Sobarex wallets are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase.
